Terms & Conditions
All terms are for a self catering property. Arrival begins at 3pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure. Upon departure you are obliged to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. Please read our complete T&C below prior to booking.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of £200 is required either on or prior to your arrival by Credit or Debit Card. This is to cover for breakages or damage to property. It is refunded once Cottage has been checked.

TERMS & CONDITIONS (the Property) Nurses Cottage Occupation (a) Arrival begins at 3pm for the 1st day and ends at 10am on the last day. (b) A starter basket will be left in the cottage for your arrival (fruit, tea, coffee, milk, bread, cereal etc). (c) Electricity & Gas are included (d) Linen & Towels are included (e) No PETS (f) No Smoking (g) On stays of one week or more your cottage will be cleaned mid term per week, unless requested not to. (h) Access to the Property, courtyard garden and parking facilities. Booking (a) Nurses Cottages will confirm the booking on receipt of the Booking Form and 30% deposit . An agreement then exists between us on these Terms & Conditions. (b) The full amount to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. We will not send a reminder or receipt unless you request one enclosing a S.A.E (stamped addressed envelope). If payment is not received we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit. (c) A security deposit of £200 is required on or before your arrival by credit/debit card for breakages/damages hopefully you will leave the property as you found it, the deposit will be returned as soon as the property has been checked, if possible on your departure or within 24 hours. Terms (a)All terms are by daily, weekly or not exceeding 30 day bookings and the property is classed as a holiday rental and in no way forms a Tenancy Agreement. (b) Accommodation is limited to the number of persons for whom the booking is made and are for the sole use of the hirer and his/her party. (c) You must not use the Property for any illegal activity or in such a way to cause nuisance or annoyance to neighbours. (d) We have the right to cancel your booking promptly without compensation or refund should you not comply with any of the agreement. (e) The owner cannot be held responsible for any facilities that are unavailable, due to circumstances beyond the control of the owner. (f) No VAT is charged, but do retain the right to change this and will notify anyone concerned. Agreement (a) Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of 30% of the accommodation rental together with the signed booking form. On a period not less than 4 weeks prior to your stay, the full amount will be payable. (b) By signing the Booking Form you agree that you are over 18 years and that you accept full responsibility for all payments due and for the consequences of any actions of all persons who will use the Property during the period of your stay. If payment is made by credit/debit card over the telephone, you will have deemed to have read all the Booking Conditions and be bound by them. (c) The hirer is expected to leave the premises as they found it in good condition, clean and tidy and any damages reported. The cost of replacements, items missing, repairs or extensive cleaning may be requested. These deductions could be taken from the security deposit or additional fees requested if the repair/replacement or making good is greater. (d)We shall not be responsible for loss or damage to any belongings or injury sustained to the hirer or his/her party during their stay in the accommodation unless caused by negligence or default of Nurses Cottage (e)"The hirer or their guests may NOT make any alterations to Nurses Cottage - internal or extenal without written permission from the owner". Cancellation (a) In the event of cancellation the hirer must advise us immediately in writing, if it is 4 weeks before the commencement date, no further fee will be requested if we are successful in re-letting Nurses Cottage. Failing to notify us may result in full payment being requested. (b) It is recommend for the hirer to have their own holiday insurance to cover cancellation expenses. (c) If the cottage should not be available due to circumstances beyond our control (act of nature, fire or major repairs etc). We are not able to offer alternative accommodation, but will return all monies paid in full. You will have no further claim on us.
