Upstairs – landing

• The staircase, which is, pine wood and fitted with beige wool carpet. Each step has a 19 cm riser,90 cm width treads with 14 steps in a semi spiral turn to the first floor landing (picture on website), the landing, which is L shaped 2.7m length, access width to double room 77 cm and access to single room 95cm width.

• Fully carpeted to match the rest of the house with beige wool
